SPECIAL ONE-OFF MODEL
KITS
Hooton AirCraft produce one-off versions of our model kits for individual customers. These usually include special airbrushed colour cards and bespoke self-adhesive decals and registrations and are boxed with special labelling.
One-off
of Moth G-AFFI in 1934 London Aero Club Livery
Customers have included the owners of aeroplanes, people who have had a special connection with a particular aircraft (one customer wanted a model of the aircraft he learned to fly way back in 1934!), passengers who have travelled in particular aeroplanes and even customers requiring special fictional liveries as a very special present - an example of these are models with personal registrations in the livery of Liverpool and Everton football clubs!
One-off model of the Barnstormers Tiger G-AIXD for Barry Tempest
Customers normally supply us with photo details of the aeroplane they want. However, we can research details if customers don't have them.We recently researched and produced a special Rapide model in East African Airways livery depicting an aircraft flown by a customers father.
For a "regular" livery requiring simple body colour, registrations and decals, we normally charge £10 ($20.00) over the normal price of particular kit. For more complex schemes, we will give you a quote. Please send us your requirements.
One-off of PG 630 - Tiger Moth on display
at the Royal Netherlands Air Force Museum at Soderberg
For trade customers, we will supply kits in quantity to your specified liveries at regular trade prices. Please contact us with your requirements.
